Plans to rebuild Ralphie’s restaurant receive approval from zoning commission

Months after a fire destroyed Ralphie’s restaurant in Perrysburg Township, the company that operated the eatery is preparing to rebuild.

At the November 9 meeting, the zoning commission approved a site plan submitted by Bennett Enterprises for the new restaurant at 27393 Holiday Lane. It will be constructed on the same 1.2-acre site, explained George Oravecz, consulting engineer.

The 4,954-square-foot restaurant will be smaller than the original building which was 7,500 square feet, explained Rob Armstrong, CEO of Bennett Enterprises.
