School raises pay rates for substitute teachers, bus drivers
One of the many challenges Rossford Schools faces from COVID-19 is assuring that there are enough teachers—or substitutes—in all classrooms each day.
Superintendent Dan Creps shared his staffing concerns with the Rossford Board of Education at their November 23 meeting.
Many retired teachers were substituting but declined to continue when the pandemic began, he said.
